Orlando Higginbottom, creator and pivotal cog in the wheel of Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, is pretty much really awesome. He always looks like a living TopMan advertisement. But he doesn't look like your average ad. He looks like he walked into the TopMan photo shoot, let them style him out, and then, after they had finished with wardrobe and makeup, he pulled a feathered headdress out of his bag and said, "I'm wearing this."

Kristen Stewart is the latest star to model for the cover of Elle Magazine. This June issue features Kristen looking so chic in this little white number. It's so simply styled with no accessories, just great make-up and an awesome hair style. Kristen has gone from punkish, sloppy, moody teen to a rather polished style icon, of late. I've loved the transition and hoping she continues on this super-stylie path, as she's been rocking some stella looks recently.

Valeria Petrone is an italian illustrator, who's had massive success around the globe. That's probably because she's massively awesome. Most recently, her work was selected, in the Communication Arts 2012 illustration competition. I love her work SO MUCH! I've been pressing my copy of Comm Arts against my forehead, hoping to soak up every bit of it.

 Do you have any idea how hot it is at Coachella? I went once. Only once. It was 115 degrees fahrenheit. I looked like a wet animal. Dita Von Teese, on the other hand, transcends the elements. She is looking spring fresh, on a day that I can only imagine is a desert scorcher from hell.

Color blocking, you know where the door is.

Color blocking is like GLEE. At first, it was new and refreshing, but after a few seasons, it makes you want to gouge your eyes out. Am I right? I think that it is clear that we all need to cleanse our palates and move on to the next trend, which is the absolute opposite of color blocking: MONOCHROME! Check out Trussardi, Fall 2012. I think that we can all agree that it's a nice and easy on the eyes.

Spanish actress, Paz Vega was spotted in Spain, yesterday at an April fair parade in Seville. She looks incredible. Everything about this look is stunning. The dress is so elegant. The jewellery is so tasteful and the shades are killer! Seriously, this chick looks so hot, I can't even handle it.

Kate Middleton looked as beautiful as ever, as she attended the Premier of African Cats in London, last night.  She was wearing this season's must-have silouhette, the peplum top. Well, its more of a peplum shaped dress but it looks like a two piece, which is even more appealing. The colourful accents at the neck and cuffs is a great touch. I love this dress. She looks stunning. What more can I say? I think I've gushed enough, for one post.

The Peplum Problem

Ladies, get a peplum! I'm being serious. They are getting harder and harder to find. Their popularity has gone epidemic. When you find a good one, GET IT! But first, I think we should talk about good peplum and blah peplum. I don't mean to be picky, but if you're going to get the peplum, get the one that actually does what it's meant to....cinch you in and give you some bombshell hips. First, it's got to flare out...and I mean FLARE OUT. Second, the fabric has got to be rigid, so that it holds its shape. Third, the upper portion MUST be fitted. We're talking multiple darts and ruffly hems. Loose fitting, jersey peplums aren't quite cutting it. Examples? Of course!
