Golden Globes: Best & Worst

What a disappointment the Globes were, today. So much potential that simply fell flat on its arse, for most attendees. There were literally a handful of great outfits and they were way outnumbered by some hideous creations. What happened today? Did every stylist stay up to late last night doing meth? How did they nearly all get it so terribly wrong. I gotta stop or my head's going to explode. Just take a look for yourself. Let's ease you in with the best of the night.
Best
Emma Stone in Lanvin
Kate Beckinsale in Roberto Cavalli
Natalie Portman
Tilda Swinton

Worst
(Brace yourself! There are a LOT.)
Charlize Theron. Many may disagree but I think its so unflattering. She's way better than this dress. Sorry Dior!
Giuliana Rancic. Well, the fashion police host has done it again. Yep, another shocking outfit. Time to replace you on the show, me thinks. Each host should be allowed only so many strikes, right?
Kelly Osbourne. Another Fashion Police host looking hideous on the red carpet. Seriously, E! is allowing you guys to be the 'fashion' voice of reason?
Debra Messing. Just so wrong for her body shape. The turquoise earrings have gotta go too!
Elle McPherson. Pissed at this outfit. What the frick was she even doing at the Globes? Who let her in?
Madonna. Wowza! Put the twins to bed. It's way to late in the day for them to still be playing out.
Lea Michelle. I'm not overly fond of this girl and the dress is as unappealing as her personality. Please let Glee be over soon, so we never have to see her on another red carpet.
Frida Pinto. She seems like a lovely girl and she's beautiful but this is so unflattering on her. It makes her look big and dumpy. Sorry love!
and finally, Michelle Geller. What the what? I have no words other than: Tie-dye??

  1. Tan! I agree with you about Miss Lea Michelle and also the E! fashion police... who gave them fashion rights? But, I have to disagree with you on Charlize Theron's Dior... I LOVE it. The color, the cut, the hair... Maybe the poof is a little too big, but I think it's bold. :) LOVE Kingdom & State btw.

    1. Hi Alix. Thanks for the comment! Yeah, I knew I would be with the minority, when I posted about the Dior dress but there's just something that doesn't sit right. Maybe it is the bow, or the too much chest, teamed with too much leg. I don't know...
Im glad you like Kingdom & State too. New season is going to be great. Watch this space:)
