Blade Runner saved the human race.

Did you know that the world was originally supposed to have ended in 1982? It's true. The angels thought that humanity had nothing more to offer, in the way of fashion. We were only 2 years into the 80's, and they had already had enough. Luckily, on June 25 of that year, Blade Runner was released. The angels decided to give us another shot. I think it's in the book of Leviticus somewhere.
