A new brand emerges, and all is right in the world. Seasoned designers Ryan Lobo and Ramon Martin have created an incredible new fashion label called TOME. So far, they have only produced one season, from fall of last year. They made some SERIOUS waves with its modest release. Following in the wake of 2011's ground-shaker, an image of their newest collection has emerged.
